Refund Policy for Digital ProductsEligibility Criteria: Refund requests must be made through the official support channel. Conditions: No refunds for downloaded content and or if significant usage of the service has occurred. No refunds after 30 days, and content downloaded or access exceeding 50% of the subscription period disqualifies the refund.MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

Refund Window | 14 days from the date of the first charge.
Refunds are not available post-14 days, but users can cancel anytime.ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

A full refund available within 30 days, thereafter, no refunds but users can cancel anytime for future cycles.CANCELLATION | Users can cancel their subscription anytime without penalty until the next billing cycle.Refund requests must be initiated via the customer purchase portal, and by sending an email to [email protected] including: order number, full name, company name, email address and reason for refund.
